8:00 - 9:30 am - Check-in (Events Center lobby)
8:00 - 10:00 am - Saunders Costume rental try-on and pickup (side rooms off Events Center lobby)
10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Dance class (Events Center main hall)
12:00 - 5:00 pm - History talks/activities (Events Center lobby)
6:00 - 6:30 pm - Introductions of young ladies (line up in Events Center lobby to enter main hall on red carpet)
6:30 - 9:30 pm - Ball (Events Center main hall)
9:30 pm - Costume Return (side rooms off Event Center lobby)
